This gentle forest land dweller wears a prominent, reddish-brown mushroom cap as its head, adorned with numerous small, white, irregular spots or scales. The underside of the cap appears to have gills, typical of a mushroom.

Beneath the cap, it has a small, furry face with large, dark, round eyes that give it a gentle, curious, or slightly melancholic expression and carries a tiny mushroom.
